Job Description

Business Analyst mapping client data and integration requirements for Erbis, a global software solutions company. Supporting user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Get an understanding of our platform, customer business needs and their use of the system
  • Map client's data fields to the ones in the application
  • Prepare integration requirements
  • Perform user-acceptance testing and validation
  • Troubleshoot mapping and information creation issues in production and test environments
  • Maintain project documentation/artifacts in an up-to-date state

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT, including 4+ years in business analysis
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and systems thinking; experience processing information from multiple sources
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
  • Experience with Databases, SQL, Oracle
  • Familiarity with AI/generative AI tools and their practical application in business analysis workflows
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar (nice to have)
  • Anthropic Claude Certified Associate certification (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with EDI, XML, CSV and other data formats (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics and/or transportation (nice to have)
  • QA experience/background (nice to have)
  • Experience with SaaS (nice to have)
  • Working with UML diagrams (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools; ability to create wireframes and screen mockups, data flow diagrams (nice to have)
