Job Description
BBCS Trainer at Berlitz responsible for enhancing communication skills across professional environments. Delivering training sessions, assessments, and individualized coaching for corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver professional development sessions in business and workplace communication for individuals and groups
- Facilitate communication development for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and professional discussion
- Incorporate case studies, simulations, role plays, and practical workplace scenarios
- Assess participant progress and provide individualized coaching and performance feedback
- Strengthen clarity, tone, professionalism, confidence, and communication effectiveness
- Adapt program delivery to industry-related workplace contexts when needed
- Support participants in developing executive presence and professional credibility
- Prepare progress reports and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong background in professional communication, workplace training, or corporate learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience facilitating adult professional development
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Ability to engage professionals across different levels of experience
- Experience leading virtual and in-person professional development
