Job Description
Business Development Manager focused on growing IT consulting services through client relationships. Identifying new business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target companies with current or future IT hiring needs.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
- Understand client hiring needs and present tailored recruiting solutions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial contact through closing.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to support repeat business and account growth.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing sales, or IT consulting sales.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.
