Job Description
Estagiário apoiando o programa Pesados Online da BMC, empresa de equipamentos pesados. Desenvolvendo campanhas, automações, análises e relacionamento com anunciantes e parceiros.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand their improvement needs
- Find solutions to address specific business problems
- Use data and metrics to make informed decisions
- Connect and communicate effectively with people at different levels of seniority and across different departments
- Support the development and expansion of the Pesados Online machinery listing acquisition program
- Develop initiatives and campaigns to attract new advertisers, partners, and equipment owners
- Support relationships with customers, Regional Coordinators (RCs), and partners by providing assistance and answering questions about the program
- Create engagement initiatives and incentives to encourage the sales force to acquire new listings
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, systems, and tools
- Support the development and implementation of automations and artificial intelligence solutions
- Track performance indicators, salesperson participation, and the results of listing acquisition initiatives
- Contribute ideas, projects, and strategies to increase the volume of advertised machinery and improve program efficiency
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or technology degree, with expected graduation from December 2027 onward
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to prioritize competing demands
- Be highly skilled at solving problems creatively and able to report and document requests and results
- Thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Have the ability to influence others and remain results-oriented in a dynamic environment
