Job Description
Business Development Specialist supporting sales and business development in healthcare staffing solutions. Identifying and nurturing potential client leads while collaborating with the sales team to generate appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
- Research and identify new business opportunities through online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, particularly focused on skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce Limitlessli’s services
- Use CRM tools to record activity, schedule follow-ups, and monitor engagement with prospects
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Limitlessli’s unique value proposition to communicate effectively with prospects
- Support in the introduction to set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Report weekly on key performance indicators including leads generated, conversions, and outreach effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role—healthcare staffing experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong research and data management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for healthcare innovation and workforce solutions
- Familiarity with MDS or post-acute care industry is a plus but not required
