Job Description
Business Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting and lead generation in DACH region for AI-driven commerce. Engaging senior stakeholders to drive sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Identify, research, and engage target accounts and senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations in the DACH region.
- Build and manage structured outreach sequences using CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery calls using structured methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account prioritization, outreach strategy, and seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Engage confidently with C-level, VP, and senior stakeholders, communicating the value proposition of FirstSpirit and Rezolve AI.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progression, and consistently deliver against outreach, conversion, and meeting KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to follow up on leads, share market insights, and support pipeline growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity, pipeline generation, and meeting KPIs.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise-level decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Commercially driven, with a strong interest in enterprise sales, digital transformation, and technology.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) and knowledge of CMS, DXP, AI-powered sales tools, or DACH enterprise markets is considered a strong advantage.
