Job Description
Sales Development Representative engaging in outbound sales strategies generating new business in the LATAM region. Responsibilities include cold calling and managing high-volume sales pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting — cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and multi‑touch follow‑ups.
- Discovery & Qualification — identify needs, qualify prospects, and book sales calls.
- Sales Presentations — deliver value‑driven pitches to U.S. clients.
- Objection Handling — confidently address concerns and move deals forward.
- Closing Calls — negotiate pricing, present offers, and close deals.
- CRM Management — update notes, stages, tasks, and follow‑ups daily.
- Pipeline Forecasting — maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.
- Follow‑Up Sequences — execute multi‑channel nurture campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years in Sales, BDR/SDR, Appointment Setting, or High‑Ticket Closing
- C1+ English (spoken + written)
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar tools
- Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines and hit KPIs
- Self‑motivated, organized, and performance‑driven
