Job Description
New Business Development Manager responsible for shaping AI-enabled business opportunities. Engaging with startups across Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics, Robotics, and AI-enabled systems.
Responsibilities:
- Originate, shape, and accelerate AI‑enabled new business opportunities
- Engage with emerging technology companies and startups
- Lead a cross‑functional SWAT team
- Convert high‑potential ideas into rapid prototypes, samples, and early design wins
- Identify and qualify AI‑driven startups and emerging technology companies
- Build and manage a structured opportunity pipeline
- Represent the company at startup demo days, technical forums, and ecosystem events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
- 5+ years in new business development, sales or marketing, product management or advanced applications engineering
- Experience working with startups or emerging technology ecosystems
- Exposure to advanced electronics, PCB, materials or hardware systems
