Job Description
Business Development Lead focused on sales and proposals for reservation and park management technology. Engaging clients and managing public-sector RFPs to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities
- Engage key decision-makers early in the buying cycle
- Act as a solution consultant
- Maintain rigorous pipeline and CRM discipline
- Serve as owner and final author of responses to public-sector RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Build compliance matrices and manage full proposal lifecycles
- Develop win themes and differentiators
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Plan, host, and execute remote product events and live demos
- Build and deliver executive-level presentations
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing sales or business development role
- Substantial hands-on RFP/proposal experience
- Strong product demonstration and presentation skills
- Familiarity with US and/or Canadian public procurement processes
- Comfort with AI tools applied to selling, research, and proposal workflows
- Experience with a CRM tool and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- APMP certification or formal proposal-management training is an asset
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
