Job Description

Case Manager supporting attorneys in personal injury cases remotely. Managing caseload from intake to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills.
  • Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines.
  • Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.
  • Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Experience working with legal case management software and CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
