Job Description
Epic Certified Willow Inpatient Install Solutions Analyst supporting innovation at OCHIN through technical expertise and collaboration. Resolving complex issues and optimizing processes for healthcare improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise
- Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes
- Implement innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
- Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Inpatient Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 2 years of build experience
- Epic certification required in Willow Inpatient
- Experience with full-cycle install Willow build
- Ability to travel to support install work and Go Live support up to 20%
- Work history in Healthcare IT is required
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before team interview
