Job Description
CRM Business Analyst leading CRM integration requirements, data mapping, and Agile delivery. Supporting Sequoia Connect’s global IT partner on digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration requirements analysis for CRM implementations and business systems
- Develop clear user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria for development teams
- Execute data mapping and process modeling to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity
- Own requirements and proactively bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Collaborate with global teams on end-to-end digital transformation projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience analyzing and mapping CRM business processes, such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar
- Strong understanding of API and systems integration concepts
- Practical experience working in Agile environments
- Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated expertise in data mapping and process modeling
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
- Ownership and proactive delivery mindset
