Job Description

Change Analyst managing end-to-end Change Management process for RS Group. Coordinate change activities, ensure adherence to best practices, and engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Change Management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance and best practices
  • Act as a key point of contact within Service Operations for all Change Management activities
  • Review and coordinate global product changes and system releases
  • Ensure robust business impact and risk assessments are completed and validated
  • Plan and communicate business/service outages and maintenance windows
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and improvement actions
  • Track and ensure completion of improvement actions, with appropriate stakeholder sign-off
  • Support the Release Management process and attend Release Board and Project Release meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and internal resolver teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and insight
  • Contribute to Problem Management activities, particularly for major or recurring incidents
  • Produce and present key reports, metrics, and performance insights
  • Participate in monthly governance meetings with managed service providers (MSPs)

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Operations or Service Support within a global or regional organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 and its practical application
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
