Job Description
Change Analyst managing end-to-end Change Management process for RS Group. Coordinate change activities, ensure adherence to best practices, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Change Management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance and best practices
- Act as a key point of contact within Service Operations for all Change Management activities
- Review and coordinate global product changes and system releases
- Ensure robust business impact and risk assessments are completed and validated
- Plan and communicate business/service outages and maintenance windows
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and improvement actions
- Track and ensure completion of improvement actions, with appropriate stakeholder sign-off
- Support the Release Management process and attend Release Board and Project Release meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and internal resolver teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and insight
- Contribute to Problem Management activities, particularly for major or recurring incidents
- Produce and present key reports, metrics, and performance insights
- Participate in monthly governance meetings with managed service providers (MSPs)
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Operations or Service Support within a global or regional organisation
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 and its practical application
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
