Job Description
Channel Business Development Manager focusing on North American market for Imagicle's AI-powered UC and CX apps. Driving partner relationships and sales opportunities with remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing and expanding relationships with partners, distributors and resellers in North America
- Generating additional demand through partner engagements, events, etc., studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails
- Maintaining and expanding the database of contacts
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the UC/CC industry.
- Experience in working with partners, resellers, and distributors is a must.
- Experience with Webex, Zoom and MS Teams, especially related to CC is preferred.
- Experience in developing large enterprise business via partners is a plus.
- Proven capability of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth, product awareness and experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with partners (connections with major partners/channels is a must).
- Deep understanding of the UCaaS/CCaaS market, including its trends, challenges and competitors, and also a good understanding of their technologies, including cloud-based communication platforms, VoIP, PSTN/SIP Trunking, and networking.
- Willingness to travel to meet partners and to attend conferences and industry events (around 25% of the working time)
- Leadership and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
