Job Description
Team Leader of Channel Sales at JumpCloud, increasing revenue and market reach through partners in India. Focused on strategy, performance management, and partner relations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market reach through channel partners.
- Develop and execute strategies that enhance partner relationships.
- Set and meet sales targets, manage partner performance.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role or similar team leading position.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through channel partners.
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams, as well as external partners and resellers.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems in India market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
