Job Description
Channel Sales Manager for Empolis responsible for partnering strategies and sales enablement in a SaaS environment. Focused on sustainable growth and collaboration with internal teams in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- You will systematically build out Empolis’s partner business and drive its continuous development.
- Your focus is to enable resellers to independently and successfully position our solutions in the market.
- You will operate confidently between strategy, execution and decisive implementation while collaborating with internal teams.
- You will establish scalable structures, processes and standards for your partner portfolio and continuously improve them.
- As the person responsible for sales enablement, governance and partner playbooks, you will empower resellers to generate opportunities independently and close deals successfully.
- In close coordination with Direct Sales, Marketing and Product Management, you will balance differing interests and ensure clear roles in the indirect sales channel.
- By analyzing pipeline, performance and partner maturity, you will derive targeted measures to optimize the partner ecosystem.
- From selection and onboarding to operational support, you will ensure partners become productive quickly and contribute sustainably to growth.
Requirements:
- University degree or comparable qualification with a business or technical focus
- Several years of experience in channel management or partner sales within a SaaS environment with demonstrable success
- Confident handling of indirect sales models, subscription business logic and metrics such as ARR, MRR and churn
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, hands-on in execution and clearly sales-driven
- Very good German and good English for communication in an international environment
