Job Description
Chief Financial Officer steering financial strategy and managing investor relations for social media app Luupli. Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and supporting strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support Luupli’s growth and mission.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities to maximize organizational sustainability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
- Develop and deliver compelling investment narratives that align with Luupli’s vision and mission.
- Coordinate investor communications, including regular updates, reports, and presentations.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch materials, and managing due diligence processes.
- Partner with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s strategic goals.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as needed.
- Represent Luupli at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Ensure alignment of the finance team’s goals with the broader organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the tech or social media industry.
- Demonstrated success in investor relations and fundraising.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote working environment.
