Job Description

Chief of Staff partnering with Clubhouse’s CEO on product operations, metrics, and AI enablement. Driving execution and strategic projects at a remote social-product studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to CEO Paul and partner with him as a product-focused operator and strategist
  • Bring rigor to operating layers and drive a metrics-driven product strategy
  • Optimize business operations through AI implementation
  • Own high-impact special projects with delegated authority
  • Own the product operating system and provide structure and rigor for product execution
  • Drive accountability across scope, specifications, and PM-owned metrics
  • Partner with the CEO, product managers, and Head of Data to identify product and industry growth drivers
  • Build the quantitative picture of product growth and direct the company toward high-impact work
  • Create the source of truth for company metrics with functional leaders
  • Build systems to measure company progress and identify ways to accelerate it with AI
  • Embed in leadership meetings, propose agendas, guide discussions, and drive execution
  • Triage roadmaps, escalations, and requests before they reach the CEO
  • Keep company priorities moving and own team meeting and roadmap documentation
  • Help develop Clubhouse, a social product focused on meaningful voice-based connections

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, product operations, BizOps, consulting, or other high-accountability operational or strategic roles
  • Experience operating inside a product organization
  • Understanding of how products are scoped, built, measured, and shipped
  • Ability to distinguish complete specifications from incomplete ones
  • Consumer/social product experience is a big plus
  • Quantitative and data analysis abilities, including pressure-testing metric definitions and validating calculations
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on across different levels of detail
  • Ability to build dashboards, complex roadmaps, and operating systems from scratch
  • Ability to independently deliver high-quality finished work without a template
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately represent a leader’s voice and vision
  • Strong Slack and inbox management skills
  • Ability to navigate different personalities and build durable relationships across the organization
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must answer whether future work-authorization sponsorship is needed
