Job Description
Chief Operating Officer managing operations at Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of MAISON DE MAA. Directing business productivity and growth strategies for the fragrance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, directions, leadership and management for the operations division
- Direct the daily scheduling and planning of MDM Group operations
- Lead the organisation’s operations to achieve the highest level of productivity and net profit
- Direct the organisation's yearly strategic business plans
- Lead the development and implementation of all operations’ activities
- Oversee MDM Group operations to secure the functionality of the business
- Lead the development of new business opportunities
- Ensure the uniform implementation across all divisions of all relevant operational policies and procedures
- Direct warehouses logistics activities
- Audit and approve consultants, outsourcing contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in managing an operations function in an organization
- Strong organizational skills, business development, project management and auditing skills.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of operational management and procedure, employee development, financial, budgeting, P&L and strategic planning processes.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Arabic required.
