Job Description
Chief Operating Officer driving operational strategies for Javvy Coffee's growth. Overseeing supply chain, logistics, and performance accountability in high-growth CPG environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading operational vision
- Own design and optimization of company's entire supply chain and operational ecosystem
- Develop and execute long-term operations strategy aligned with growth goals
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy from procurement to fulfillment
- Lead all 3PL and logistics partnerships, ensuring performance excellence
- Drive continuous improvement and margin expansion through financial management
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience within high-growth CPG environments
- Strong background in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail channels
- Exceptional communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams
- Deep network of trusted vendors, co-manufacturers, and industry contacts
- Experience leading 3PLs, logistics networks, and manufacturing partners with clear SLA accountability
- Proven operations leader capable of setting strategy while diving into details
