Job Description

Senior Vice President of Field Operations overseeing operations for Take 5 Oil Change. Ensuring efficient operations, leading a high-performing team, and managing P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization
  • Ensure development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems
  • Lead a team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective
  • Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects
  • Oversee operations and partner with HR, Finance and other supporting functions
  • Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to achieve growth and profitability
  • Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies and standards
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Help with execution of the long-term strategic plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of Operational Leadership experience including three years in upper management required.
  • Experience in Finance or Management Consultant, preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstratable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
