Job Description
Remote client acquisition representative introducing payment and point-of-sale solutions to US business owners. Closing deals and guiding new clients through setup.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce yourself to business owners and build rapport fast
- Ask questions about their payment setup and costs
- Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option suited to each business
- Address concerns and close deals
- Guide new clients through setup and their first few weeks
- Log every call, follow-up and next step in the CRM
Requirements:
- Outgoing, upbeat and good at earning trust
- Organized, consistent and goal driven
- Open to coaching and eager to get better each week
- Sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
- Must currently live in the United States
