Job Description
Client Services Representative supporting client satisfaction through effective project execution and communication. Ensuring product deliverables meet specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and clients' ad hoc requests
- Assist team members in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients
- Ensure, through review and verification, that deliverables meet client specifications
- Collaborate with the account manager and clients to maximize value from IQVIA products and services
- Maintain effective internal communications with Sales and Customer Support
- Monitor performance against existing service agreements
- Research, analyze, and respond to client inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid data quality review skills
- Experience in a digital marketing agency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office and project management applications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
