Job Description

Client Services Representative supporting client satisfaction through effective project execution and communication. Ensuring product deliverables meet specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and clients' ad hoc requests
  • Assist team members in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients
  • Ensure, through review and verification, that deliverables meet client specifications
  • Collaborate with the account manager and clients to maximize value from IQVIA products and services
  • Maintain effective internal communications with Sales and Customer Support
  • Monitor performance against existing service agreements
  • Research, analyze, and respond to client inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Solid data quality review skills
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office and project management applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
