Job Description

System Trainer delivering CRM and Call Center training for IVF clinics in Romania. Role involves training design, delivery, and collaboration with local clinic leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, structured training on Creatio (CRM) and Talk Desk (Call Center) functionalities.
  • Design and deliver training sessions in person, remotely, and in hybrid formats adapted to diverse user groups.
  • Develop training curricula, session plans and learning paths across pre-go-live, go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Create accessible training materials (guides, videos, job aids, e-learning modules) tailored to local workflows.
  • Provide hands-on coaching during go-live periods and support clinic staff until systems are confidently adopted.
  • Use digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Whiteboard, Teams) to support interactive learning.
  • Gather feedback, identify knowledge gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of training, and refine training programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital implementation team and local clinic leaders to align training with the rollout plan.

Requirements:

  • Native Romanian speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Great experience in CRM training.
  • Experience in EMR and contact center systems is a big plus.
  • Experienced trainer comfortable working with clinical teams, administrative staff, and mixed-experience audiences.
  • Able to plan, structure, and deliver engaging training sessions, both in person and online.
  • Skilled at creating training materials, guides, and step-by-step instructions.
  • Understanding of clinic workflows, experience in reproductive medicine, outpatient or hospital settings is an advantage.
  • Strong organizer able to manage multiple training sessions, timelines, and clinic schedules.
  • Comfortable working independently with ownership of outcomes.
  • Able & willing to travel up to 50% across Romania.
