Job Description

Clinical Development Specialist supporting Biosense Webster cardiac-arrhythmia products across Trakya. Training physicians and EP lab staff while providing clinical case support and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab staff on BWI systems and catheter equipment during case procedures
  • Educate customers on BWI products through technical and clinical information and in-service training
  • Plan and schedule customer case support
  • Maintain knowledge of product instructions for use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, scientific clinical literature, and new product information
  • Identify potential sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques
  • Create awareness of BWI solutions and facilitate Clinical Development Manager contact with key decision makers
  • Collaborate with the local team and maintain open communication
  • Develop and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators, and staff
  • Share best practices with peers
  • Ensure compliance with government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Respond to requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure and problem-solving focus
  • Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and formulate solutions
  • Mentor new BWI commercial team members as requested
  • Respond daily to customer, practitioner, and partner requests by email and phone
  • Manage account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and company system input
  • Maintain Safe Fleet standards
  • Communicate business issues or opportunities to the next management level
  • Ensure subordinates follow Health, Safety and Environmental practices
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% overnight nationally
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a hospital laboratory setting
  • Ability to attend live patient cases
  • Willingness to wear protective gear, including lead aprons
  • Willingness to work variable hours to meet patient needs
  • Clinical Support Certificate
  • May be required to lift up to 30 kg
  • Located in Edirne / Tekirdağ (Trakya) preferred
  • Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or in a critical patient care setting preferred
  • Effective and timely communication with co-workers and all levels of the patient care team
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly in a dynamic work environment
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
  • Hunger for learning and building new skills
