Job Description
Clinical Education Specialist delivering onsite and virtual training on Siemens MRI systems. Supporting customer education, e-learning content, and clinical training programs across Northeast or Central zones.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers regarding Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows
- Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education for internal and external Siemens partners
- Evaluate customer education needs and create training plans with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources
- Support Coach accounts as needed
- Evaluate, select, and prioritize modality content development with the Education Development Specialist
- Develop virtual education for customers and employees
- Communicate regularly with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist about training materials
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to gather information for future training programs
- Create training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools
- Follow branding and formatting guidelines for content development
- Develop customer and employee virtual training programs with instructors and clinical education team members
- Maintain a database of training materials
- Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to align training sessions with business needs
Requirements:
- BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred, or graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology program
- Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality required
- Typically, 4+ years of successful experience in related field
- Siemens MR system experience required
- MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
- Detailed knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software
- Strong organizational skills, including establishing and meeting timelines and schedules
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow
- Required travel 90-95%
- Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
