Job Description
Clinical Research Associate III delivering high-quality clinical trials in Brazil. Building partnerships and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with clinical trial sites
- Manage assigned sites across Phase One to Phase Four trials
- Lead site initiation visits and ensure site teams are fully trained
- Conduct remote and on-site monitoring activities
- Evaluate site performance proactively and implement mitigation plans
- Drive early site engagement through feasibility activities
- Maintain complete and accurate study documentation
- Support inspection readiness through audit preparation
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and work with sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field
- At least five years of clinical research experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH and GCP guidelines
- Understanding of global regulatory expectations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple study sites independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and risk-based decision-making skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately fifty percent
