Job Description
Clinical Team Manager overseeing respiratory clinical trials, managing operational and quality aspects. Collaborating for project success while leading diverse teams in clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and quality aspects of clinical studies
- Develop monitoring strategies and clinical tools
- Collaborate with project leads to prepare project plans
- Manage project financials and support contract modifications
- Oversee clinical teams and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct site feasibility and selection
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research
- Experience in respiratory
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Understanding of clinical monitoring practices and regulations
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in automated systems and applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
