Job Description
Clinical Training Specialist training patients on Omnipod Insulin Management Systems. Collaborating with clinical and commercial teams to enhance diabetes care across various US locations.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with various roles to meet commercial and clinical needs
- Train patients within an assigned territory, district, or region
- Follow up with each prescriber post-training for support, education, and data management training
- Build partnerships with customers and sell the Omnipod Insulin Management Systems
- Conduct individual or group training sessions about the product
- Provide field feedback and perform administrative duties
Requirements:
- Associate degree
- 2+ years’ experience in a clinical setting and/or managing diabetes and pump patients
- Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN), PharmD, or other clinical credentials and/or certifications; state licensure (as required per state)
- Valid driver’s license
