Job Description

Customer Training Specialist delivering training and support for EBSCO products. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and solution adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product updates to clients
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, tutorials, and user guides, to support client learning and autonomy
  • Gather market feedback, monitor customer needs, and report insights to management
  • Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with trainers across Europe

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in training electronic products/services in public, government, or corporate sectors
  • Native fluency in Italian; strong written and spoken English skills
  • Technical proficiency, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and capable of handling feedback and challenging situations constructively
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to service quality and continuous improvement
  • Based in Italy
