Job Description
Customer Training Specialist delivering training and support for EBSCO products. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product updates to clients
- Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, tutorials, and user guides, to support client learning and autonomy
- Gather market feedback, monitor customer needs, and report insights to management
- Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with trainers across Europe
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in training electronic products/services in public, government, or corporate sectors
- Native fluency in Italian; strong written and spoken English skills
- Technical proficiency, initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and capable of handling feedback and challenging situations constructively
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to service quality and continuous improvement
- Based in Italy
