Job Description

Cold Caller/Lead Generator at Remote Choice responsible for outbound prospecting and generating qualified appointments. Finding potential clients and maintaining prospect databases with strong cold calling skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential client companies.
  • Building and maintaining your own prospect database.
  • Making high volumes of outbound cold calls daily.
  • Engaging decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.
  • Managing follow-up activities and nurturing prospects through multiple touchpoints.
  • Updating CRM records accurately.
  • Meeting agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Experience sourcing your own leads
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup
