Job Description
Analista Comercial III apoiando campanhas, indicadores e projetos comerciais da Ânima Educação. Interface com parceiros e áreas internas para garantir prazos, execução e melhoria contínua.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of commercial projects
- Liaise with internal teams and partners, ensuring alignment on requirements and compliance with deadlines
- Prepare and monitor schedules, tracking controls, and management reports
- Monitor project KPIs and results, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the implementation of commercial campaigns and initiatives, ensuring proper execution
- Organize meetings, document agreements, and follow up on the implementation of defined actions
- Contribute to process standardization and the continuous improvement of the team’s routines
- Provide support for the team’s operational and strategic needs, ensuring the quality of deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in commercial operations, customer service, or partner relationship management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and task-tracking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with commercial campaigns, marketing, or lead-generation projects is preferred
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Experience managing campaigns, monitoring suppliers, and liaising with Marketing and Technology teams
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile
