Job Description
Commercial Client Support Manager supporting the Australia Data & Insights team with administrative and client engagement tasks. Aiming to meet revenue targets and enhance client relationships through effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- support the Sales team with administrative tasks
- using Salesforce to create opportunities, quotes and invoices
- run feasibility on new briefs from the team
- understand and utilise different research platforms
- updating CRM system to ensure all opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked
- learning & understanding the Pureprofile offering to current and prospective clients
- working closely with Account Directors and Managers in the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations
- proactively engaging with clients for repeat business
- liaising with vendors and internal operations for projects
- collaborating with Project Management teams to ensure excellent service
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- understanding of online panel operations, feasibility checks, and respondent recruitment
- motivated to deliver targets
- highly organised planner
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- strong verbal and written communication skills, and numeracy
- commercial mindset with basic negotiation skills
- analytical thinking with attention to detail
- proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
