Job Description

Commercial Client Support Manager supporting the Australia Data & Insights team with administrative and client engagement tasks. Aiming to meet revenue targets and enhance client relationships through effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • support the Sales team with administrative tasks
  • using Salesforce to create opportunities, quotes and invoices
  • run feasibility on new briefs from the team
  • understand and utilise different research platforms
  • updating CRM system to ensure all opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked
  • learning & understanding the Pureprofile offering to current and prospective clients
  • working closely with Account Directors and Managers in the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations
  • proactively engaging with clients for repeat business
  • liaising with vendors and internal operations for projects
  • collaborating with Project Management teams to ensure excellent service

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role
  • understanding of online panel operations, feasibility checks, and respondent recruitment
  • motivated to deliver targets
  • highly organised planner
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, and numeracy
  • commercial mindset with basic negotiation skills
  • analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
