Job Description
Commercial Operations Manager managing operations to enhance revenue in a growing B2B services organization. Leading revenue support teams and enhancing performance metrics in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operations supporting revenue and client acquisition teams
- Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Design, document, and continuously improve outbound workflows, playbooks, and handoff processes
- Oversee contact data management, list quality, and system integrations
- Track KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and analyze performance and conversion metrics
- Support onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across revenue functions
- Manage scheduling, hours tracking, and productivity reporting
- Act as the first point of operational support to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
- Ensure timely qualification and internal handoff of leads to downstream teams
- Support operational continuity during peak periods, including occasional weekend oversight
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or outbound team management
- Proven track record managing distributed revenue or sales development teams
- Strong understanding of outbound workflows, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
- Experience building and enforcing structured processes in high-volume environments
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with outbound tools or dialer platforms (Nice-to-Have)
- Strong Google Sheets or reporting skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or professional services environments (Nice-to-Have)
- Bilingual English / Spanish (Nice-to-Have)
