Job Description
Communications Designer creating branded proposal visuals for Salesforce’s AI CRM and Professional Services organization. Owning web, slide, campaign, editorial, video, and product design from concept through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, enablement visuals, and other formats
- Own end-to-end design work from initial intake and concepting through final handoff and quality assurance
- Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content
- Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life
- Translate stakeholder needs, content goals, and user research into compelling visual artifacts
- Ensure consistent Salesforce brand application across touchpoints and contribute to evolving styles and templates
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-moving remote-first environment
- Provide feedback in design reviews, mentor designers, and help shape team standards and best practices
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and creative tools, including AI-driven design tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and user experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Expertise in Figma and Google Slides
- Strong understanding of branding and experience designing across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion mediums
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Motion design experience or proficiency with After Effects preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem preferred
- Working knowledge of responsive design and exporting assets for web
- Experience working on a collaborative creative team and partnering cross-functionally with editorial, video, UX, and other teams
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Proven experience leading design projects with contractors, including direction, actionable feedback, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
- Degree or equivalent experience required
