Job Description
Communications Specialist II creating accessible digital, print, and media content for Trillium Health Resources, a North Carolina behavioral-health MCO. Coordinating email, website, and branded communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, edit, and proof content for websites, publications, and member communication materials
- Apply brand standards, accessibility requirements, and readability guidelines to all communications
- Coordinate development and distribution of email communications, including list management and reporting
- Support design and production of print and digital materials, including brochures, newsletters, and reports
- Maintain and update website content in coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure all communications align with organizational branding guidelines and messaging standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, website design or maintenance, or social marketing; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in these areas; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in these areas; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must reside within North Carolina
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required
- All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
