Job Description
Pool design Executive creating vinyl pool and steel panel designs from dimensional specifications. Using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and 3D design tools to deliver accurate production designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design vinyl pools and steel panel designs based on provided dimensional information
- Achieve business targets by delivering high-quality designs within stipulated time
- Incorporate training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume production design environment
- Use existing tools and systems to design products
- Establish effective working relationships with internal and international teams
- Apply constructive feedback for personal development and growth
- Handle confidential information such as reports, manuals, and designs discreetly
- Support the business by working Saturdays during peak business months
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in any stream; Mechanical and Civil preferred
- B.Tech with Mechanical or Civil
- Proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks is mandatory
- Relevant certification preferred
- 0–3 years of work experience utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Swimming pool industry background preferred but not required
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Strong math, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated learner with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure during peak season
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze customer requirements
- Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities
