Job Description
Remote leadership mentor guiding professional development through training, coaching, and digital marketing. Supporting prospective clients and team members with structured interviews, onboarding, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular live training and team collaboration
- Utilize AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media
- Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms
- Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and email
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment
- Onboard, mentor, coach, and support team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications, and administrative processes
- Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey
Requirements:
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and takes a results-focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong relationship-building and support skills
- Commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development
- Adaptable, coachable, and solutions-focused with sound judgement
- Confidence to follow proven systems
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and emerging technologies
- Willingness to learn and embrace new ways of working
- Minimum of five years’ professional work experience after completing formal education
- Must reside in and be legally entitled to work in the country where the opportunity is advertised
- Not suitable for students or entry-level applicants
