Job Description
Consumer Brands Business Manager enhancing Unilever sales within Diversey. Collaborating with teams to develop marketing and sales strategies for household and personal care categories.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Unilever products and expand distribution channels
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans, including revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders (regional and central teams, as well as Unilever)
- Develop, implement, adapt and promote the product portfolio for the local market
- Generate strong customer and category insights and understand local customer processes, including creating and executing pricing and promotional strategies as well as local category and activation plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of (trade) marketing activities, category management, and digital competence
- Strong marketing experience, preferably in consumer marketing or with an FMCG background
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English
