Job Description
TikTok Content Creator producing educational and entertaining videos for NoGigiddy’s gig-worker earning platform. Driving engagement through trend-aware content, community building, performance tracking, and short-form video repurposing.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post 3–5 TikTok videos per week on topics related to side hustles, gig work, and remote earning
- Script, film, and edit videos independently in a trend-aware, brand-aligned manner
- Monitor trending sounds, formats, and challenges to maximize reach
- Engage with comments and build community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page
- Collaborate with social and content teams on campaign tie-ins
- Track video performance metrics and iterate based on views and follower growth
- Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Requirements:
- No degree required
- Proven TikTok presence, personal or professional, with work samples
- Comfortable on camera
- Skilled at scripting punchy, engaging hooks
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the algorithm
- Consistent and reliable
- Experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career content is a bonus
