Job Description
Content Team Lead scaling Hostinger’s SEO tutorials for millions of online users. Leading writers and editors while improving quality, throughput, and AI-powered production.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
- Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs
- Plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it
- Track throughput, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues before escalation
- Set and document quality standards for human-written and AI-generated tutorials
- Manage, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to writers and editors
- Identify skill gaps through hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Build a self-sufficient team that can make decisions independently
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team
- Report to the Head of Content
Requirements:
- Track record running high-volume content production and maintaining a schedule
- Ability to define, document, and enforce writing quality standards
- Experience developing individual contributors and improving their performance
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Data literacy; ability to track output, identify trends, and use data to make decisions
- Experience managing, hiring, onboarding, and developing writers and editors is implied by the role responsibilities
- Ability to work with SEO, content production, and AI-generated content workflows
