Job Description
Contract recruiter contacting and screening pre-sourced candidates for EPG, a boutique EV and clean-energy recruiting firm. Managing high-volume outreach, screening calls, and same-day CRM logging.
Responsibilities:
- Work assigned candidate lists to exhaustion across phone, text, email, and LinkedIn
- Make a first contact attempt with every profile on a newly assigned list within 24 hours
- Make a second attempt on every non-responder within 72 hours
- Run screening calls using provided questions and capture detailed notes
- Log every contact attempt and outcome in the portal on the same day
- Report daily numbers, including attempts, connects, conversations, and screens booked
- Report stale list data or ineffective messaging promptly
- Focus on contacting, conversing with, and screening pre-sourced candidates
- Perform basic sourcing as needed
- Complete a paid seven-day performance period against written standards
Requirements:
- Documented history of high-volume outbound work: 80 or more contact attempts a day in recruiting, staffing, sourcing, SDR, or phone sales
- Ability to provide personal performance numbers, including best week's dials and connects
- A real desk, reliable internet, a proper headset, and consistent working hours
- Comfort with a CRM or ATS and learning a new tool from a recording rather than live training
- Enough capacity to meet the stated performance standard
- EV or clean energy background is a plus, not a requirement
- Not a trainee; ability to independently recruit people
- 1099 contract arrangement
