Job Description
Recrutador PJ realizando hunting, triagem e entrevistas para a RHF Talentos. Atualização de vagas, pareceres de perfil e relatórios de entregas.
Responsibilities:
- Publish job openings on the highest-converting channels
- Conduct daily active sourcing through manual candidate outreach on social networks and talent databases
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Keep the system updated to track open positions
- Prepare candidate profile assessments
- Submit delivery progress reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of resume analysis and talent identification
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a sense of urgency
- Organization and commitment
- Dynamic profile
- Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is a plus
