Job Description
Intern Control Room Operator remotely monitoring Electreon’s wireless EV-charging sites. Providing technical support, troubleshooting charging systems, and upgrading control methods.
Responsibilities:
- Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software
- Provide remote training and customer support
- Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system
- Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods
Requirements:
- Second / Third year student for Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in a monitoring and control/technical support role
- Ability to withstand pressure
- Customer-facing work capability
- Data analysis skills and drawing conclusions
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Hands-On experience with Electromechanical systems (advantage)
