Job Description
Corporate Spanish Trainer delivering live online Spanish lessons to business professionals. Helping global organizations strengthen employees' workplace communication through goFLUENT's technology and instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online Spanish language lessons to business professionals
- Teach one-on-one and small-group classes
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Help professionals from diverse industries build workplace communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience teaching or training adults is preferred
- Corporate/professional experience is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish
- Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- PC or Laptop: Windows 10 or up or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma)
- Intel Processor: Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen (or equivalent)
- Mac processor: Macbook Pro - M1 Chip or Macbook Air - M1 Chip
- 8 GB RAM and up
- 20 GB of free disk space
- High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Ability to work Europe Time shifts
- Availability to work any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week
