Job Description
Corporate Spanish Trainer teaching business professionals online for goFLUENT’s global language-learning platform. Delivering interactive one-on-one and small-group lessons on a flexible remote schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language lessons to business professionals
- Teach one-on-one and small-group classes
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach professionals from diverse industries, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, and scientists
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience teaching or training adults is preferred
- Corporate/professional experience is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish
- Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet, dedicated, stable workspace
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- PC or laptop with Windows 10 or up, or Mac Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma
- Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent, or MacBook Pro/Air with M1 chip
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB free disk space
- Minimum of 30 hours per week availability
- Availability to work Europe Time shifts
