Job Description
Corporate Spanish Trainer delivering live online lessons to business professionals. Helping goFLUENT’s global clients build workplace communication skills through virtual instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language lessons to business professionals in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry professionals
- Help business professionals build communication skills for their careers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience teaching or training adults is preferred
- Corporate/professional experience is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish
- Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Windows 10 or up, or Mac Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma
- Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent and up, or MacBook M1 processor
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB of free disk space
- High-speed internet connection with 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Minimum 30 hours per week availability
- Availability to work Europe time shifts on any day of the week
