Job Description
CRM Admin role for maintaining and optimizing sales systems at WFS Group. Collaborating with sales teams and managing Hubspot CRM effectively while driving insights with data.
Responsibilities:
- Audit sales reps’ CRM usage to ensure best practices and adherence to processes.
- Consistently identify Data accuracy and revenue leakage issues in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Serve as the resident CRM expert and provide training and support to new and existing sales reps.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the CRM reports and dashboards to quickly provide insights to sales mgmt when requested.
- Audit CRM activities and follow-ups daily to ensure sales reps are on track and enforce adherence to the WFS process.
- Ensure sales board and CRM revenue accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- You have extensive experience with Hubspot CRM platforms
- You have experience setting up and managing integrations through Zapier.
- You enjoy auditing sales behaviors and troubleshooting CRM issues.
- You’ve worked in environments where you manage the health and optimization of a CRM.
- Data and dashboards excite you, and you use metrics to drive insights.
- You have a background in sales ops or sales enablement.
- You love working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Learning new tools and platforms excites you.
