Job Description
CRM Manager at ShareGate evolving HubSpot for multiple product lines. Leading CRM reliability, projects, and mentoring administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the HubSpot ecosystem across multiple product lines and portals;
- Ensure CRM reliability, performance, and integrations across the revenue tech stack;
- Design and enforce data governance, validation logic, and system standards;
- Lead CRM-related projects end-to-end with strong ownership;
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
- Mentor and support two junior CRM administrators;
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders;
- Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements within the CRM environment;
Requirements:
- 4+ years in CRM, RevOps, or revenue systems roles
- Strong hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Proven experience with CRM architecture, workflows, integrations, and automation
- Deep understanding of data governance and lifecycle management
- Strong project ownership mindset and ability to move quickly
- Experience mentoring or leading junior administrators
- AI-savvy with ability to leverage automation and emerging tools
