Job Description

CRM Specialist at a fast-growing US-based company, focused on building and optimizing email campaigns using Klaviyo. Responsible for email design, automation, and segmentation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute image-based email campaigns in Klaviyo with a strong focus on conversion.
  • Design and optimize emails for dark mode rendering across different devices and clients.
  • Develop and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, retention, etc.).
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure best practices in email deliverability, including structure, load times, and compliance.
  • Optimize emails for mobile rendering and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Apply fallback strategies (alt text, layout structure) to ensure usability across email clients.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align messaging and visual assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (REQUIRED)
  • Experience building image-heavy email templates with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of email rendering limitations across devices and clients
  • Knowledge of dark mode optimization, alt text usage, and fallback best practices
  • Experience with segmentation, flow logic, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
  • Attention to detail and focus on user experience and visual quality.
